Yes, there is free WiFi access throughout the property, including the garden.
Is there a private parking?
Yes, each apartment has assigned private parking inside the property.
Does the apartments have independent heating?
Yes, all apartments have independent heating and programmable thermostat.
Is there air conditioning in apartments?
Imposing walls of "Salvia" and "Rosa" apartments create a comfortable and natural interior climate.
"Giglio", "Edera" and "Orchidea" apartments have air conditioning.
How can I pay my deposit on arrival?
The deposit must be paid by cash or by check. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after the apartment has been inspected and no damage has been incurred.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on beds and couches. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside your apartment.

Is linen provided?
All bedding, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied and is changed weekly.
Extra linen change is provided on request and at extra cost (see price list).
