Booking terms and conditions
- A deposit which is equal to 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- The balance is due upon arrival.
- On arrival you will be required a security deposit of € 300.00 per Salvia and Rosa apartments or € 200.00 per Edera, Orchidea and Gliglio apartments payable by cash or by check. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after the apartment has been inspected and no damage has been incurred.

Cancellation policy
In case of booking cancellation the cancellation policy will be applied as follows:

until 30 days before the arrival date
the deposit will be refunded in full.

between 30 to 20 days before the arrival date
20% of the total deposit amount will be refunded.

between 20 to 10 days before the arrival date
the deposit is not refundable and we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the full length of stay.

between 9 to 5 days before the arrival date
the deposit is not refundable and we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 75% of the full length of stay.

until 4 days before the arrival date
the deposit is not refundable and we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 100% of the full length of stay.
